Some sweets charm you with their expensive and sophisticated recipes – while others do it with the way they were made or decorated. And there are certainly those that are delightful because of their everyday simplicity.
With this one, it is not only about the easy preparation, but also the selection of ingredients: eggs, sugar, butter, cocoa, flour, cream and chocolate. These are the ingredients which can be found everywhere, and which can be used for making different types of sweet delights! And this is one of them…

Ingredients

  • 7 eggs

  • 7 spoons of sugar

  • 3 spoons of flour

  • 100 g of cocoa

  • 6 spoons of powdered sugar

  • 400 ml of the Moja Kravica Kuhinjica whipping cream

  • 2 spoons of milk

  • 125 g of the Moja Kravica butter

  • 3 small chocolate bars

Preparation

  1. Use 7 eggs, 7 spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of flour, 100g of cocoa to make the cake base. Once it is baked, roll the cake with the help of a clean kitchen towel. When the cake is cool, carefully unroll it and spread the filling.

  2. For the filling, whip 400 ml of the Moja Kravica whipping cream with 4 spoons of powdered sugar.

  3. Afterwards, make the icing. Mix 2 spoons of powdered sugar, 2 spoons of milk and 3 small bars of chocolate and blend over steam. When it cools down, blend it with 125g of the Moja Kravica butter using an electric mixer. Decorate the roll cake with this icing and when it is well chilled in the fridge – serve it.
