The smell of a cheese cornbread (or as it is called in Serbia proja) can bring you back to your childhood, to you grandma’s or mum’s kitchen. Or maybe to those days when you were making with them your first culinary steps? When they gave you your first small tasks: measure a cup of flour, or later chop up ham and gherkins. 2 cups of the Moja Kravica buttermilk
2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of corn flour
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 packet of baking powder
A little bit of salt
300 g of ham
500 g of Moja Kravica Kuhinjica cottage cheese
1 teaspoon of oregano
Cut ham and gherkins into small cubes, turn the oven to 180°C and grease the baking pan. Take an electric mixer or a whisk, and lightly beat the eggs. Add buttermilk, salt, and olive oil – previously mix flour and baking powder and then add them to the mixture.
