This unbelievably light and healthy meal is the right thing for you
Ingredients
5-6 potatoes
5-6 carrots
1l of water
Moja Kravica Kuhinjica cooking cream to taste
Salt, pepper, parsley
Preparation
Peel and dice the carrots and potatoes.
Put it in a pan, pour water over it and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
When the vegetables are cooked, drain the water but keep it.
Mash the vegetables, pour the Moja Kravica Kuhinjica cooking cream and around 250-300 ml of liquid which you kept after draining the vegetables
Determine the thickness according to taste.
Put salt, season it and cook it on medium temperature around 5-6 minutes
Remove from the stove and sprinkle with parsley.
