1l of Moja Kravica yogurt
3 glasses Moja Kravica Kuhinjica sour cream
3 big boxes of sponge fingers
500g of raspberries
2x Moja Kravica Kuhinjica whipping cream
Powdered sugar to taste
Preparation
Line the cake mold with the sponge fingers. Mix the Moja Kravica yogurt and Moja Kravica Kuhinjica sour cream and then pour half of it over the sponge fingers. The mixture is runny, but it still should be spread out with a spatula or spoon.
Arrange the fruit of your choice, fresh or frozen.
Again, put a layer of sponge fingers over the fruit and pour the remaining mixture over it.
Put whipped cream on top, leave to cool and in an hour or two you can already serve this refreshing treat.
