Homemade tiramisu – a popular dessert with coffee, biscuits, and delicious butter in a simple and irresistible way can be a part of your table. See how:
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 Moja Kravica Kuhinjica whipping cream
2/3 cups of powdered sugar
250g Kremsi cream butter
300ml of Moja Kravica fresh milk
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
2 tablespoons of coco powder
1 pack of sponge fingers
Preparation
FILLING: Using an electric mixer, whisk the previously cooled Moja Kravica Kuhinjica whipping cream and add powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk the yolks and add a tablespoon of the prepared whipping and Kremsi butter. Blend together well. Add the remaining whipped heavy cream. Mix together well and the cream filling is ready.
Add the cocoa and instant coffee in the milk. The obtained mass warm a little on the stove
Dip the sponge fingers carefully in the heated mixture and place it in the mold so it covers the bottom. On top of that spread half of the prepared cream filing. Repeat the procedure once again with the sponge fingers and again spread the rest of the cream filing.
As a last layer, you can put on top of everything the whisked Moja Kravica whipping cream or just sprinkle some chocolate crumbs over it
Place the prepared tiramisu in the fridge for 3-4 hours until it becomes really firm.
