Ingredients
8 eggs
200 g of powdered sugar
100 g čokolade za kuvanje
125 g of the Moja Kravica butter
3 of the Moja Kravica Kuhinjica whipping cream
1 packet of whipping cream powder
300 g of Plazma biscuit
300 g of Plazma Ground
Moja Kravica milk for soaking in the biscuits
Preparation
Combine the Moja Kravica butter with the Plazma ground. Whip 8 eggs with 200g of powdered sugar and cook on steam until it turns into smooth cream. Then add Plazma ground and butter mixture. Mix also with melted chocolate.
Separately whip the Moja Kravica Kuhinjica whipping cream with the whipping cream powder.
Dip pieces of Plazma into milk and place them on a tray so as to form a cake base. Spread over 1/3 of whipped cream and half of the chocolate filling. Add another layer of milk – soaked Plazma, another 1/3 of the whipped cream, and the second half of the chocolate filling. Use another layer of Plazma covered with the last 1/3 of whipped cream to finish the cake.
ADVICE: For a more elegant and festive way of serving, instead of a square tray, use round cake pan (break Plazma biscuits so they fit the pan and then slightly press down to form a cake base), decorate with grated chocolate, candied fruit or decorative pearls.
