500g of champignon mushrooms
4 – 5 of red pepper
300g of tortellini
2x Moja Kravica Kuhinjica cooking cream
Cook the tortellini in boiling, salted water. When they are cooked, drain them.
Wash and dry the peppers and mushrooms. Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and together with the mushrooms, cut them in small, thin, pieces
On a slightly heated oil, sauté the finely chopped peppers and when they soften, add the mushrooms.
When the vegetable is done, add the Moja Kravica cooking cream and “bio začin” and sauté some more.
When all is cooked, but the tortellini in a bowl and pour the pepper, mushroom and cream mixture over it. Season with oregano to taste.
