Ingredients
4-5 bigger pieces of leek
150g of mortadella
200g of Iriški cheese (grated)
Moja Kravica Kuhinjica cooking cream
Moja Kravica butter
Salt
Preparation
Wash and peel the leek. Cut each one in four pieces so there are 8 equal pieces.
Cook for a couple of minutes in salted, boiling water.
Take a slice of mortadella, grate some cheese and put the leek, roll in a roll and do that with the 8 pieces.
Place in a greased cooking tray, pour the Moja Kravica Kuhinjica cooking cream over it and top everything with the remaining cheese.
Put in a heated oven, at 200 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes
